Confirmation and Processing:

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk folder. Should it be missing, contact us directly for assistance. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days.

Pre-Ordered Items:

For orders that include pre-ordered items, we'll ship your entire order once all items are available, typically within 1-3 weeks. Our handcrafted products, including jewelry, journals, and mugs, usually ship within a week, while other faith-based items may take 2-3 weeks.

Summer Shipping for Tallow Products:

During the summer months, when it's hot outside, orders containing tallow will be shipped exclusively on Mondays - Wednesdays in a Styrofoam lined shipping box with small ice packs to help prevent melting. We use USPS for shipping, which generally takes 1-3 days.

Monitoring Your Delivery:

For tallow skincare orders, please keep a close eye on the tracking information we send you.  Be sure to watch for any tracking updates along the way! Once your delivery arrives, promptly take your package inside because tallow will melt when it becomes too hot.

Delivery and Shipping Address Issues:

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being scanned as delivered by USPS. If your package is stolen or lost, please contact us and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS. Packages held at your local post office or undeliverable due to an incorrect address are your responsibility. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery must be covered by the customer.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is available only within the continental United States at this time.
