Your tallow whip or balm may arrive runny or firm due to varying temperatures during transit. During the summer months, please bring your package in as soon as you know it's been delivered to prevent melting.  Before opening, give it a few hours to adjust to room temperature. Regardless of its texture upon arrival, the quality of your product is just as excellent as when we shipped it, and your skin will thank you for it!

Melted Balm

If your balm has fully melted, stir the melted tallow in the jar, then place it directly in your fridge for a few hours to cool. It will resolidify into a creamy texture, ready for you to enjoy.

Melted Whip

If your whip has fully melted, gently mix it, then chill it in your fridge until it reaches a more solid texture. Afterwards, transfer the tallow to a clean bowl and rewhip it with a hand mixer for about a minute until it's light and fluffy again. Note that the volume may decrease due to air escaping when the tallow melts.
