Oily Life

Might as well just roll this one on everything today.  Anyone else love their Deep Relief essential oil roller to help with aches and pains? This is one oil I will never be without and is one that I seem to use daily. It is such a powerhouse! Grateful for all the ways these little bottles of oil can help me! 

I started using essential oils back when my daughter was just born. It was around the same time that many of my health issues started to slowly become more than just a "pesky" stomach ache or a weird pain that wouldn't go away. My neighbor at the time actually invited me to a party she was having where someone was going to be sharing about Young Living oils. I have found so much relief from my Lyme symptoms with their healing properties.  It has been one of the constant tools in my toolbox to help support my kid's health especially during winter months. When mold came into our story, Thieves became my go-to oil. Mold and Thieves absolutely hate each other.  I like that!

Below I am sharing two of my favorite blends that I make at home and put in a 10ml roller to have on hand all the time. I will never be without one of these! I actually make a few bottles at a time so I can also keep one in my purse to use after I leave my Doctor appointments. We often will roll the Immunity Blend on our kid's spines and the bottoms of their feet at bedtime, especially during the winter months of cold and flu season.  The Liver Support is one I use daily while detoxing from Lyme to help support my liver function. I will roll it directly on my liver and along the vita-flex liver points on the bottoms of my feet.

Immunity Blend

10 drops Thieves oil

10 drops Lemon oil

5 drops Oregano oil

5 drops Frankincense

3 drops Peppermint Oil

Fill the remaining 10 ml roller with a carrier oil

*Jojoba is my absolute favorite carrier oil

Liver  Support

15 drops Juvaflex oil

10 drops Release oil

Fill the remaining 10ml roller with a carrier oil
